Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your T-shirt, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The T-shirt must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
- Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or altered will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- T-shirts purchased during clearance or final sale
- Customized or printed-on-demand products
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
3. Return Request Process
To request a return:
- Send a return request to purpose@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Include the following details:
- Order number
- Product name/size
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
- After approval, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
4. Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact purpose@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. A replacement or refund will be arranged after verification.
6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible and the standard return process must be followed.
8. Policy Updates
This Return & Refund Policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the policy before making a purchase.
